Amy Hart has shared an emotional message after her Love Island stint, stating how much she misses her old life as an air hostess after a drama-filled few weeks.
The 26 year old, who had her heart broken by Curtis Pritchard when he dumped her in front of the nation, took to Instagram to share a nostalgic message with fans weeks after she walked from the villa.
She wrote: “Can’t believe it hasn’t even been 3 months since my last trip! Feels like an eternity ago.
“Don’t get me wrong, Love Island was a life changing experience, but sometimes…what I wouldn’t give to be sat in the back galley, on a canister talking through the latest goings on or holding court in the front galley at 4am.
“Flying truly is the best job in the world.” [sic]
She then shared pictures with her fellow cabin crew staff, and a hilarious shot of her hiding in a locker on the floor of a plane.
Viewers were left cringing on Sunday night’s reunion show, after Curtis was asked in front of new flame Maura Higgins if he and Amy would have still been together had the Casa Amor twist not taken place.
The 23-year-old ballroom dancer left a huge pause, before confessing: "It happened how it did and it would have come out anyway."
He added: "It wasn't 100 per cent right. It would have ended up happening even if Casa Amor didn't appear."
Curtis himself hit headlines this week after revealing he wouldn’t rule out dating a man in future.
“I’ve been with women and I’m with a woman now,” Curtis told the publication. “You can never put a label on anything.”
He added: “It’s a cliche to say, but love is blind. I can never ever say what will happen in the future… I wouldn’t rule anything out.”
Following the news, Curtis appeared on Lorraine to talk to Christine Lampard and revealed Maura's reaction to his revelation.
“I spoke to Maura last night, because we saw it,” he began. “I’m happy with Maura, I’m happy with how things are going and I can see a future.
“Maura’s head is clear and mine is clear. The future is an unwritten path… last year, would I ever have said I’d be on Love island?”
He continued: “Love is blind, and I truly believe that.”
