Beyoncé Reveals Weigh Loss Plan After Having Twins

In a video uploaded to her YouTube channel, Beyoncé explains how she got back in shape after giving birth to twins in time for her performance at the 2018 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival.

Beyoncé reveals she went on a 44-day diet, consisting of organic, non-GMO, plant-based food, with the help of her friend and trainer, Marco Borges.

The video clip is entitled “22 Days Nutrition,” an idea developed Borges.

The Lion King star, who followed the 22-day program for double the duration, says, “I was a woman that felt like my body was not mine.”

Beyoncé admitted that abstaining from intakes of carbohydrates, sugar, meat, fish, alcohol, milk and other dairy products often left her “hungry.”

The 22-Days Nutrition Meal Planner provides users “access to tools and foods that empower everyone to become their healthiest self through proper nutrition,” Beyoncé says on her website.
