Gemma Atkinson discusses plans for baby number two with Strictly fiancé Gorka Marquez

Gemma Atkinson has discussed her plans to have another baby with her fiancé Gorka Marquez.

The soap star and Strictly Come Dancing pro Gorka welcomed their first child, a daughter named Mia, on July 4, 2019.

And on Saturday evening, when asked during an Instagram Q&A on whether they were planning on giving the adorable youngster a sibling, the 37 year old came clean about her future family plans.

The stunning star, who is soon set to make her hotly anticipated Hollyoaks return, explained: "We'd love a sibling for her when she's a little older for sure," alongside a loving emoji.

Another fan asked her when they could be tying the knot, to which Gemma explained that official dates were still up in the air.

"No ideas!" she said. "We've done zero planning with all the Covid stuff.

"We've twice almost gone into the registry office and just done it but I don't think our families would be very happy. They want a good party!"

Gemma and Gorka met on the 2017 series of Strictly and got engaged on Valentine's Day earlier this year.

The stunning television star recently shared an adorable video of her daughter Mia watching her dad Gorka as he competed in Strictly this year.

Gorka was partnered with Hollyoaks actress Katie McGlynn this season. The pair were eliminated from the series early on.

Rose Ayling-Ellis and her professional partner Giovanni Pernice were announced as winners of Strictly on Saturday evening.

Meanwhile, Gemma is set to return to Hollyoaks after leaving the hit Channel 4 soap in 2006 after first joining in 2001.

Gemma is now set to reprise her role of Lisa for a special guest appearance where her shock return from the past leads to "dramatic scenes" with pal Zara Morgan.

Teasing what fans can expect, Hollyoaks revealed that since leaving Chester, Lisa has found love with her activist boyfriend in Thailand, which is where she connected with old school friend Zara.

But is there an ulterior motive behind her surprise visit?

Talking about her return, Gemma said: "I'm thrilled to be popping back to Hollyoaks for a short time. It's where my career began so of course, I was going to say yes!

"The cast and crew are so wonderful, and although we have stayed in touch personally, it'll be great to work together again professionally."
