Katie Price checked into a rehab centre following her drink drive accident last month, and while she completed her time in The Priory, the star has a long road ahead of her in terms of her recovery.
The 43-year-old admitted to drink-driving, driving without insurance and while disqualified at Crawley Magistrates’ Court and is due to be sentenced next month.
The court heard Katie tested positive for cocaine following the crash and she recently apologised for her actions, saying she has “taken full responsibility".
Katie is currently in Las Vegas with boyfriend Carl Woods, 32 – where despite appearing to hint they could be getting hitched, the couple have decided not to tie the knot.
But when OK! spoke to award-winning senior therapist Sally Baker, she highlighted that the star could be in trouble as she claims it is "almost impossible" for Katie to recover from her addictions when she puts herself in drinking situations.
"As someone who is recovering after rehab with issues around addictions she needs to cut out the party people and surround herself with those who can support her sobriety – even when she is resistant to their help," she said.
"It’s very difficult, I’d say almost impossible, to progress with recovery if people in her life are still drinking or using drugs in her company."
In her opinion, Sally then told us that Katie surrounding herself with people who are drinking could result in her recovery being "set back".
"People who are recovering after rehab with addictions to drugs and alcohol need to be surrounded by people who are committed to supporting their sobriety," she continued.
This comes after Carl has been documenting their time together in Las Vegas, including snaps of him and Katie in a bar.
While it isn't clear whether the stars were drinking alcohol, Sally claims even being in a drinking environment is worrying for the mum of five.

"It can set those in recovery back if they are in situations and scenarios with people drinking if this is what they're recovering from," she said.
The therapist then added: "It is worrying for her that she isn't able to put her boundaries in place as old patterns of behaviour are hard to break."
Fans have also expressed their concerns and are worried for Katie after she posted a snap of Carl drinking with the caption: "I have to say @carljwoods you just give me butterflies your so hot so good to be understand me I just love you so much."
One commented: "Katie. You need to concentrate on making yourself well and better.
"It's not about who's hot right now."
Another said: "Rehab paid off then," while a third shared: "Fix urself inside Instead of looking for ur next distraction."
