After a difficult month recovering from coronavirus, Junior Andre looked happy and healthy as he dressed up for his school prom.
The 15-year-old son of exes Peter Andre and Katie Price looked dapper in a slick blazer and bow-tie as he shared a short Instagram clip on Friday morning.
The teen showed off his formal look for the event, alongside the excited caption: ‘PROM DAYYYY 🎉🎉🎉🍾🍾🍾.’
His mum Katie replied to the clip: ‘Love you Junior and good luck,’ while her ex-husbad Kieran Hayler wrote: ‘Such a gentleman.’
Dad Peter couldn’t contain his happiness as he shared several clips of Junior on his social media.’
He noted to his son: ‘Do you know how proud I am of you?’
This comes nearly two weeks after Junior made his social media return after a tough month fighting Covid-19.
In the short video, Junior pouted for the camera while adding the caption: ‘I was feeling myself 😭🤷♂️.’
Earlier this month, the teen revealed he had tested positive for coronavirus and was in self-isolation.
In an Instagram live, Junior told his fans: ‘Don’t manifest it. Listen, if it happens it happens. But I know God wants me to live my life to the finish, so I’m not gonna die from Covid and if I do, I do. I don’t wanna die.’
He went on to detail his symptoms and admitted he was confused as he thought that only happened in adults and not children.
‘The first few days, my head was the worst,’ he revealed. ‘My head was banging so much. I dunno how I got symptoms because I’m a child, I’m 15. But my head was banging, my body was aching, my throat was fine.
‘And then all of a sudden my body’s sort of stopped aching – it aches sometimes – my head still bangs but not as much but for some reason my throat is so sore. It’s killing me, I don’t know why.
‘It’s not part of the symptoms I don’t think, but maybe I’ve got something else with Covid. Yeah, I have Covid. I’ve got what’s it called? Like a week left.
‘Yeah, I’ve got Covid. And for some reason I have, like, symptoms. Normally minors don’t get symptoms. It’s not severe… it’s just annoying.’
According to the NHS, the main Covid symptoms in children are; a high temperature, a new and continuous cough, and a loss or change or taste and smell.
Junior had been isolating with his dad Peter, step-mum Emily, sister Princess, 13, and half-siblings Amelia, six, and Theo, three.
