Kim Richards is in the doghouse with a ghostwriter.
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was sued for $9,999 by Allison Kinglsey Baker on July 8, per court documents obtained by Page Six on Monday.
“My client refuses to pay me despite our signed contract and a job well done,” Baker claimed in her court filing.
She later reported that she would “settle for just under what [Richards] owes [Baker].”
It is unclear what Baker was contracted to do for Richards, 54, but according to her website, she has helped Jenna Dewan, Julianne Hough, Rachel Roy and Amanda Stanton write their books. She also worked with Nicky Hilton on her book, “365 Style.” Hilton is Richards’ niece.
Richards and Baker are due in court on September 4 over the matter.
The suit comes after Richards was forced to pay $266,000 after she ignored a lawsuit over her pit bull allegedly attacking a woman. She previously settled another lawsuit over another alleged pit bull attack.
Richards’ rep didn’t return our request for comment.
