Leigh-Anne Pinnock buys £1m old bicycle factory in Wolverhampton to transform into 48 flats

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock has reportedly bought a £1million bicycle factory in Wolverhampton and intends to transform it into 48 flats.

The singer and her footballer fiancé Andre Gray, both 31, are reportedly set to expand their property empire with the new purchase, which could see them net millions once the transformation is complete.

The Mirror reports that the couple have purchased Wolverhampton’s old Eagle Works, through their property firm G&A Organisations Ltd, and are hoping that the project will put them firm on the map.

Over the last few months, Leigh-Anne and Andre are said to have been laying the foundations for their new business venture.

The duo have reportedly purchased a holiday let in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, which they'll be putting up on Airbnb, and have begun plotting a luxury detached home in the Midlands.

OK! has contacted Leigh-Anne Pinnock's representatives for comment.

Leigh-Anne isn't the only former Little Mix star who's set to rake in the cash with their property ventures, with Perrie Edwards also reportedly launching her own business, Paxel Properties.

A source told The Sun: "Perrie is no stranger to hard graft and she loves to be busy. She is business savvy and created the property business earlier this year.

"The company allows her to flip properties and sell them for a profit, which can be a lucrative business. There is a lot of money in property and Perrie really has her head screwed on.”

Little Mix, who were created on X Factor over ten years ago, announced in December 2021 that they were taking a break to work on solo projects but insisted that the band was not splitting up.

An official statement was provided by the trio alongside a montage of clips posted on Instagram of them together, explaining their decision to their fans.

“We wanted to let you all know that after the Confetti tour in April/May next year we are going to be taking a break from Little Mix,” it read.

"It’s been 10 amazing years, a wonderful non-stop adventure, and we feel the time is right to take a break so we can recharge and work on some other projects.

“We can’t thank you enough for your love and never-ending support since the beginning. We love you all SO much.

“We are not splitting up – Little Mix are here to stay. We have plans for more music, tours and performances in the future. We’ve made so many incredible memories with you all, and we can’t wait to make so many more.

“We’re sisters and we’ll always have each other and you, the fans, in our lives. Little Mix is forever. See you on tour! Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie x”.
