Liz Hurley fails at thirst trap as fans can't keep eyes off 'dodgy' shadow

Liz Hurley’s thirst trap picture seems to have gone all wrong, as fans were left distracted by a shadow.

The 54-year-old took to Instagram where she shared a picture of herself sunbathing in a bikini.

But while the mother-of-one was looking all sun kissed as she enjoyed her morning lounging around – her followers could only notice one thing.

A rather phallic looking shadow over her stomach.

In the caption, the model wrote to her 1.3million followers: ‘Good morning #elizabethhurleybeach,’ followed by a kiss emoji.

And while people wished her a good morning back, they also pointed out the elephant in the room.

‘The shadow looks a bit dodgy ha,’ one laughed, while another added: ‘Some dude is casting quite the shadow.’

Someone else teased the star: ‘Looks like a very large marrow,’ with everyone seemingly being in agreement: ‘Shadow is killing this.’

Oh Liz.

The actress hasn’t shied away from posting the odd bikini snap this summer, and celebrated the weather earlier on in the season when welcoming a new puppy to her brood.

Beaming into the camera while holding a cute little puppy up to her face, the star wrote: ‘Bikini weather and puppy: what a perfect day.’

The snap came just weeks after she lost her beloved Labrador Raja.

Sharing the news on the gram, the Austin Powers star let her followers know that her pup was now in ‘doggy heaven.’

She wrote: ‘Goodbye to my beloved Raja. May you chase bunnies for all eternity in doggy heaven. You were the best and most loyal friend for eleven beautiful years.’

Her 17-year-old son Damian also paid tribute to the family pooch, as he posted a sweet shot of him lying in some grass the Raja.

He said: ‘Rest easy little one. Heaven gained the sweetest, most loyal and kind dog today, will think of and love you forever and always x.’
