Rihanna makes Christmas come early for fan who bumped into her at petrol station

Rihanna’s home for the holidays – and making people’s Christmas wishes come true – as a fan got to bump into the superstar at a petrol station.

One lucky fan had the chance to chat to RiRi after he spotted her in the shop and recorded a cute video with the singer.

In the clip, he can be heard saying: ‘Herself, in person, Rihanna.’ Rih then replies: ‘At a random gas station, we’re not even buying gas, we’re not even driving!’

The fan, who was clearly thrilled to see Rihanna, then responded: ‘One in a million, my Christmas just got made early,’ to which she shouted back: ‘Barbados!’

Both Rihanna and the fan were wearing surgical masks throughout the clip, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as they shared the cute exchange within the store.

Rihanna, 32, flew home for Christmas on a private jet so she could spend the festive period with her nearest and dearest.

The Umbrella star has always been a huge ambassador for her country, and in 2018 she was officially named an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of her to promote education and tourism to Barbados.

She said at the time that she ‘couldn’t be more proud to take on such a prestigious title in my home country.’

Rihanna has also recently been linked to A$AP Rocky following her split from billionaire businessman Hassan Jameel in January.

A source told The Sun in January: ‘They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days.

‘It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly-single girl having fun.’

Neither have commented on their rumoured relationship publicly as of yet.
