I am not trying to hide anything from anybody,” she said. “I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty and I could not be happier.” Leah added, “I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe which is great.” But a nose job isn’t the only work Leah had done in 2020…

Kyle Richards went under the knife to have some work done on her nose about six months after this photo was taken in early 2020. Keep reading to find out what she did and why…

On Oct. 30, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards took to her Instagram Stories to share that she’d undergone a rhinoplasty several weeks earlier. “Since so many of you were speculating what I did or did not do to my face … here is your answer. I fixed my nose,” she captioned a selfie, further explaining, “I broke [my nose] last September and the bone poking out bothered me. So I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the top.” Kyle said she wasn’t trying to hide anything. “I will always tell you guys the truth,” she added. Kyle’s also had work done on her mouth…

years earlier, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards (seen here in 2008) changed up her smile…

Kyle Richards got a bag and fixed her teeth (shoutout to Cardi B!). The Bravo star explained her new smile in a March 2018 Instagram post. “My teeth were fine. They were just small and didn’t really show when I smiled. Plus they started crowding. Invisalign wasn’t working for me because I wouldn’t wear them 22 hours a day and [they] were uncomfortable. I had never wanted to have my teeth done because I was under the impression you had to ‘shave’ your teeth way down. After meeting with @doctorapa I found out that wasn’t the case. That’s when I decided to go for it,” she wrote. “I’m really happy that my smile now matches my mood.”

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Gia Giudice, the eldest of Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice’s four daughters, is seen here in 2019 about a year before she had her first plastic surgery procedure… Keep reading to see how the college student looks now…

In July 2020, Gia Giudice took to Instagram to reveal, “Yes I got a nose job.” She thanks her plastic surgeon and declared, “I’m absolutely in love with it. I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin!!” She’s seen here in an Instagram selfie a few months later.

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice long ago admitted that she’d had a breast augmentation done, but she went under the knife for the same procedure 10 years later…

In January 2020, Teresa Giudice opened up on Instagram about getting her breasts redone. She not only thanked her plastic surgeon, Dr. Aviva Preminger, but encouraged others to take steps to boost their confidence, writing: “I was very nervous to re-do my breasts, but I felt it was necessary for me to feel like my best self. I encourage anyone who doesn’t feel their best self to work on feeling better.” In the post, she neglected to mention that she’d also upgraded her implants in the summer of 2018, though she turned to a different surgeon for that procedure. “I just got my breasts redone. Remember season 1 [of ‘RHONJ’] when I had my breasts done? So I just changed out my implants and the doctor is here, his name is Dr. [Barry] DiBernardo,” Teresa told the crowd at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo in October 2018, Radar Online reported.

When Melissa Gorga joined the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” her face looked quite a bit different than it does today.

After rumblings that she’d made a major change to her face, Melissa Gorga finally came clean in the fall of 2016. “Let’s be honest, it’s the worst kept secret that I’ve had a nose job,” Melissa confessed, confirming what fans had assumed for five years.

Dina Manzo appeared on the first two seasons of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” beginning in 2009 and returned for the sixth season in 2014. After that, her move to California meant she was done with the series, but her legions of fans on social media noticed a big change in her face a few years later…

Dina Manzo first showed off her new nose on Instagram in 2019. She addressed the big change in December 2019, writing alongside a post-rhinoplasty photo, “Some of you are commenting that I look different. You’re absolutely right. When the thing on the center of your face changes you’re gonna look different lol. Two years ago I got my nose fixed.” She also explained that it was hard for her to adjust to the new look, but that she has grown to love it. She’s seen here in a selfie that she shared on Instagram in March 2020 to mark her 48th birthday.

We’ve watched Kylie Jenner grow up on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and watched her lips get bigger too! Check out this red carpet pic of the teen back in 2012, then keep reading to see her lips a few years later…

Though she originally denied having work done, Kylie Jenner eventually came clean about her puckered pout. “I have had temporary lip fillers,” she said on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” in 2015. “It’s just something that I wanted to do.”

For a short time, Kylie Jenner seemed to take a break from lip fillers. In 2018, she opened up about her decision, telling a fan, “I got rid of all my filler.” But that decision was short-lived, as a few months later she shared a story on Instagram thanking a cosmetic dermatology clinic for a “lip touch up” and showing off seemingly fuller lips — though they’re not as plump as they once were at the height of her filling days.

Not only have Kylie Jenner’s lips been under a microscope, but her derrière has also raised eyebrows for its dramatically different size. Here she is in 2013. Next up is Kylie in 2017…

Kylie Jenner showed off a very different physique in 2017 while posing sideways in this barely-there dress. When people speculated about the difference, Kylie had an interesting response. “You know, I used to be 120 [pounds]. I was really skinny. Now I’m pushing, like, 136. But it’s all right, I like the chunkiness,” she said on her official website at the time, claiming the major change came from simply gaining weight. Next see the star in 2019 and decide for yourself…

Kylie Jenner once again posed sideways at then-boyfriend Travis Scott’s film premiere, “Travis Scott: Look Mom I Can Fly,” in August 2019, rocking a slinky white frock. Earlier that same month, she caught flack on social media when people compared her dramatic backside to a full diaper. Kylie remained mum on the topic.

Jenni “JWoww” Farley was always honest about getting breast implants prior to her “Jersey Shore” fame back in 2009.

Jenni “JWoww” Farley fessed up to going under the knife for another boob job in 2015 — she replaced her implants with a fresh pair, writing on her blog, “I kept them the same size, so they are still [34]Fs. I just switched them out from breastfeeding!” But she’s insisted she won’t mess with her mug. “I don’t like touching my face only because I’m always scared you can never go back. All those nose jobs and cheek implants and stuff like that, people get those and can never go back to what they were,” she told People magazine. But would she try Botox? “Totally.”

“Jersey Shore” star Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio (left) showed off his gym-honed body on the beach in Miami alongside co-star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro in April 2010 during their MTV reality show heyday. Nearly a decade later, Pauly was still hitting the beach shirtless, though he reportedly had a little help achieving his sculpted bod…

DJ Pauly D looked great on the beach in Cancun, Mexico, in March 2019. According to a report from The Blast, the “Jersey Shore” star indulged in a GTL routine that included gym, tan… and liposuction. Sources told The Blast that even though Pauly was already in good shape, he underwent an abdominal etching treatment to highlight his six-pack shortly before this beach vacation.

Take note of “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s lips in this picture from 2013.

Three years later in 2016, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was more than open about getting lip injections — she took to Snapchat to chronicle the procedure!

After giving birth to two healthy babies, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi decided she was in need of a little surgical enhancement. The “Jersey Shore” star had a breast lift with implants in 2016. “I call this my little mommy makeover. Being a mom, obviously your boobs are destroyed by having kids, especially breast feeding,” Snooki explained in an Instagram video. “I want to look hot for my husband but I also want to feel great about myself and that was just an insecurity that I had. I just want to feel good about myself, and I want to feel sexy and I want to feel pretty.” In 2018, plastic surgeon John Paul Tutela told Page Six that Snooki, a client, got a little Botox touch-up before shooting “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” the same year.

“Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick, seen here in 2010, wasn’t happy with the size of her breasts early in her reality TV career. Years later, she did something about it.

In February 2020, “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick took to Instagram to share a post-boob job selfie and praise her plastic surgeon, Dr. John Paul Tutela. She called her breasts “my fave part of my body now.” This July 2020 photo shows the results of her breast enhancement. In October 2020, Angelina took to Instagram to reveal she’d undergone another plastic surgery procedure with the same surgeon, this time to sculpt her derriere (see those before-and-after photos on her Instagram page here).

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino wanted to make sure he looked his best when he taped the revival show “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” in 2018…

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino decided to get a little Botox before shooting “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” in 2018, according to his plastic surgeon, John Paul Tutela. The MTV star reportedly spent $800 on the injections. “Botox for men… what I call it in my practice is bro-tox,” Dr. Tutela told Page Six.

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania worked hard to slim down in recent years. After taking things as far as she could, she decided she wanted a little extra help to make herself happy, so she had a tummy tuck in 2020. “I had lost 25 pounds from dieting and still wasn’t completely comfortable with my body. I found myself still wanting to cover up,” Dolores (seen here in 2016) told People magazine in July 2020. “Once I hit my goal weight and I knew that my stomach wouldn’t be the way I wanted it to even if I worked out, I knew it was time.” See her results…

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania revealed the results of her weight loss and tummy tuck on Instagram in July 2020. “I’m turning 50 this year,” she told People magazine, “and I said, ‘This is the year where I’m going to do anything I’ve thought about or held off on. I’m ready to do it.’ And I’ve thought about a tummy tuck for a while.” She found Dr. Joseph Michaels, who performed a tummy tuck as well as 360 liposuction and a fat transfer to add some roundness to her backside. “You can’t wake up every day feeling unhappy about yourself,” she told People. “I’m a big advocate of doing what you need to do in order to love yourself … I’m glad I did it. I have no regrets.”

When Kim Zolciak-Biermann first hit the scene in 2009, she looked fresh-faced and ready to take on the reality TV world. Since then, the “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum has had some work done…

Kim Zolciak-Biermann showed off her new plumped-up lips in 2016. Never one to shy away from fessing up, Kim has been more than vocal about her love of plastic surgery… See what else she’s transformed next!

Kim Zolciak-Biermann revealed she had a tummy tuck as well as work done on her breasts in 2014. “I had a boob job and I’ve had a hernia fixed,” she told E! News in 2016. “I had a pretty big hernia from the twins, so I said just do a tummy tuck, which is kinda the same thing, just make the skin really tight. But that doesn’t change my size. I’m the same size I was the day I walked into surgery, I’m just a little bit tighter-looking.”

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s daughter, Brielle Biermann, revealed in May 2018 that her mom also gets fillers in her ears. “My mom gets filler in her ears because her diamond earrings are too heavy….. #richpeopleproblems,” Brielle wrote on Twitter.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s eldest daughter, “Don’t Be Tardy” star Brielle Biermann — seen here in a 2014 selfie — later followed in her mom’s footsteps…

“Don’t Be Tardy” star Brielle Biermann took on critics who attacked her for inflating her lips in 2018. “To those who say I look better before lips… you’re a liar…” she said. Brielle’s long been unapologetic about her affinity for fillers. “Going to get my duck lips plumped up some more!! C ya!” she tweeted in March 2018. Less than two years later, she’d changed her tune…

In January 2020, Brielle Biermann posted this selfie on her Instagram Story after she began a process to dissolve her lip fillers. She also shared on Instagram, “Dissolved my lips yesterday…gonna look like 18 year old Brielle again soon. 2020 new year new me!”

Heidi Montag looked adorably cute at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in 2006, but the star of “The Hills” wanted a different look…

Heidi Montag famously underwent 10 plastic surgeries in one day — including a nose job, a chin reduction, ear-pinning and a breast augmentation — in 2010. The mother of one (seen here in 2011) has since reduced her size-F chest to D-cups due to health concerns.

Former “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes looked like this in 2009, the year after she found fame on reality television. But that wouldn’t last long…

NeNe Leakes wanted to make some adjustments as her star began to rise, but she also stayed true to herself. She told People magazine in 2010, “I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am, but a better version” after admitting she’d gone under the knife for a nose job, smaller breast implants and liposuction around her waist.

As a star on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” where many people have had work done, it was only a matter of time before Vicki Gunvalson got in on the plastic surgery action.

Vicki Gunvalson opted to go under the knife in 2012. Among the improvements she made? Cartilage reconstruction on her nose, a chin implant and fat injections in her cheeks. We can’t help but wonder if this all stemmed from Slade Smiley calling her Miss Piggy, but good for Vicki for spending her hard-earned money on herself! And she didn’t stop with this round…

Despite having many procedures over the years, Vicki Gunvalson swore off plastic surgery in 2018. The announcement came on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” where when she explained, “Plastic surgery is not fun. But to me, I look at is as like painting your house. If you’ve got to do it, you do it. Fix it up.” She told “Entertainment Tonight” that same year that a recent facelift was her last surgery, noting, “I’m done … I’m never doing another filler, another anything.”

After years of resisting, Jeana Keough — one of the original stars of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” (who’s seen here in 2012) — finally went under the knife like many of her castmates.

Jeana Keough underwent a facelift in 2017. “My goal was to look 10 to 15 years younger — I want to look 15 years younger because I like guys that are 15 years younger,” she confessed to People magazine.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erica Jayne looked beautiful, yet different, during her singing days in 2007.

On her 38th birthday in July 2019, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp (seen here in 2006) posted before-and-after photos on Instagram showing her dramatic weight loss over the years. “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp, seen her in June 2019, explained to a fan on Instagram in July 2019 why she had a breast augmentation. “Was it bc you needed a lift? Just curious from my weight loss, I feel I need a lift or redone?” the fan asked. Teddi replied, “Mine didn’t need a lift. They deflated after breastfeeding and weight loss so they added 210 cc implants.”

Before she appeared on “Vanderpump Rules,” Stassi Schroeder competed on “The Amazing Race” as a teen. The Bravo alum looks different now — and it’s not just her hair color…

Stassi Schroeder has spoken openly about her plastic surgery past. The “Vanderpump Rules” alum told Daily Mail Australia, “I’ve always been really open. Even when I got a chin implant when I was 18 years old, and anyone who asked me, I would tell them. I don’t like when people put on this facade and they’re perfect in every photo. Then the rest of us look at it and feel badly about ourselves.” Stassi — who also admitted to having a breast lift and reduction in 2015 — has said that if she has any more work done, she’ll be sharing! “I’m all about plastic surgery or Botox and fillers, but be open about it, because there’s nothing to be ashamed of,” she said.

“Vanderpump Rules” star Brittany Cartwright decided it was time to tweak her face in April 2018…

Brittany Cartwright debuted a much slimmer face and admitted to getting Kybella facial injections to minimize her “double chin” in April 2018. The “Vanderpump Rules” star previously got a boob job in 2016 after then-boyfriend, now-husband Jax Taylor convinced her.

Jax Taylor had already gone under the knife twice to fix his nose before joining the popular reality series “Vanderpump Rules” on Bravo. But he decided the third time might be the charm in 2015…

Jax Taylor’s third nose job was chronicled on the fourth season of “Vanderpump Rules,” on which Jax explained he had surgery again to fix a bump on his nose. He’s open about his love of going under the knife to fix cosmetic issues, telling People magazine, “I embrace it.”

When “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham (seen here in 2010) found fame on the MTV reality show, she looked much different than she does now.

Farrah Abraham has admitted to spending tons of money to change her appearance. Among her surgeries? Multiple nose jobs, a chin implant and a lip job that landed her on the E! show “Botched” after it was done incorrectly. But it’s not just her face that’s endured adjustments…

At least she’s honest! Farrah Abraham has been candid about her plastic surgery, confessing to having three different breast augmentations.

“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans was introduced to us back in 2011 during her episode of “16 and Pregnant.” Back then, the star still looked like a kid, but she eventually made some adjustments to her body after finding fame on MTV.

Jenelle Evans went under the knife in 2012 and frequently hit the beach to show off her new curves. The reality star was candid about the change, even taking to Twitter to talk about the painful aftermath of her breast enlargement surgery.

After having two babies, “Teen Mom 2” star Briana DeJesus (seen here in 2017) felt like she needed to get some work done and opted for a “mommy makeover.”

Briana DeJesus went to see famed plastic surgeon Dr. Miami for a tummy tuck, a breast lift and reshaping and contouring on her backside in February 2018. The “Teen Mom 2” star shared since-deleted photos of her post-surgery frame on Twitter the same month and captioned them “No more big butt” and “No more big boobs either” then posted this selfie on May 9, 2018. The reality TV star hid her face, but was all about showing off her new and improved body!

Simon Cowell has always been a fan of Botox injections but decided to step away from the needle after Sharon Osbourne commented on his lack of facial expressions. “Hopefully I look better now — I probably did have a little too much Botox a couple of years ago, because everyone on TV has it,” he told Britain’s Mirror in 2015. “Now I have facials, but nothing too extravagant at the moment.” The “America’s Got Talent” judge soon changed his mind and decided to undergo a more extensive procedure…

In May 2018, Simon Cowell revealed he underwent a $2,700 procedure called a Silhouette Soft Lift. The non-surgical facelift “involves sewing bioplastic-infused thread into the face and neck and tugging it to get rid of sagging skin,” according to the Sun. “There’s lots of things you can do now. You don’t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox,” Simon told the Sun after visiting cosmetic surgeon Jean-Louis Sebagh.

Before she starred on the reality TV show “Ashlee + Evan” with second husband Evan Ross in 2018, pop star Ashlee Simpson her own eponymous solo reality show that aired on MTV from 2004 to 2005. She had a very different look back then — and a very different nose…

Ashlee Simpson’s old nose — like her dark hair and music career — eventually disappeared. The singer-turned-reality star (seen here in 2011) underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in 2006.

Tori Spelling was very slender while starring on “Beverly Hills, 90210” in the 1990s…

That all changed after Tori Spelling, who’s starred on several reality TV shows, got a breast augmentation (she’s also copped to a nose job). Tori (pictured here in 1997) told “Good Morning America” in 2011 that she has some regrets. “Well I got my boobs done in my early 20s and if I had known it would or could possibly have impacted production of milk, I would never have had them done,” said the actress, who’s now a mother of five.

“American Idol” runner-up Clay Aiken looked quite different in 2003. Wait until you see the changes he’s made…

Nearly a decade later, Clay Aiken debuted a new look. The reality star confessed, “I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there.”

Former “Couples Therapy” star Courtney Stodden was a natural beauty when she wed “Green Mile” actor Doug Hutchison in 2011 when she was just 16. She’s pictured here later that same year. See how she’s transformed…

Courtney Stodden has copped to a breast augmentation, lip fillers and porcelain veneers. The former teen bride also had a nose job in early 2016 and let “Entertainment Tonight” cameras document the entire surgery. “I’m not wild about my bump on the side of my nose,” she explained. “In pictures or on red carpets I just feel really self-conscious about this bump.” Her doctor said the surgery also corrected “long-standing nasal blockage and sinus issues.” She’s seen here in 2017.

Naomie Olindo, pictured here with ex-boyfriend Craig Conover, has always been a beauty. But the “Southern Charm” star wanted to change one thing about herself…

In February 2018, “Southern Charm” star Naomie Olindo admitted in her Instagram comments that she’d had a nose job after fans began questioning her changed appearance. The reality TV personality then opened up about her procedure in an interview with “The Lookbook.” “Plastic surgery shouldn’t be taboo,” she said. “If there’s something about yourself that you don’t like and you have the opportunity to change it, why wouldn’t you? I did it for me and no one else and want to be as open as possible about it. I’m so happy with my decision and would do it 100 times over.”

“The Simple Life” alum Nicole Richie celebrated her petite frame on the red carpet in 2006. After having two kids, she reportedly had some work done to make her figure a little more voluptuous.

In 2011, Nicole Richie reportedly underwent breast implant surgery. The House of Harlow designer (seen here in 2013) previously said she hated having big boobs while nursing her daughter, but clearly she had a change of heart!

“America’s Next Top Model” star and “Dancing With the Stars” host Tyra Banks, seen here in 1994, has always been stunning (she is a supermodel, after all), but she wanted to change one thing about her appearance…

Tyra Banks admitted in March 2018 that she had a nose job early in her modeling career. “I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! Fake hair, and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth,” she shared in her memoir “Perfect is Boring.”

This is what “Botched” star Dr. Paul Nassif — a plastic surgeon — looked like in 2016 before he went under the knife himself…

In November 2019, “Botched” star Dr. Paul Nassif revealed that he quietly had a facelift in 2018. He admitted he felt self-conscious about the extra skin around his face and jawline after he lost weight. “The excess skin, especially in my neck, was driving me crazy,” he told Page Six.

In December 2018, mother-of-three Shanna Moakler posted this selfie she snapped five weeks after having a tummy tuck. “I am starting to see a difference,” she wrote on Instagram. “It’s been a long recovery but I feel a ton better, I have more energy and I can’t wait til I get the ok to get back to the gym.”

Former “Rob & Chyna” star Blac Chyna (seen here with ex Tyga in 2013) worked as an exotic dancer for six years before she got into the beauty business with her Lashed by Blac Chyna brand and into reality TV. In May 2019, she opened up to talk show host Wendy Williams about how she “encouraged” her trademark dimples with facial piercings. “When I took them out I was like, ‘Oh man, now I got dimples!'” she said. She’s also changed her body in much bigger ways…

In May 2019, Blac Chyna told talk show host Wendy Williams that she’s gone under the knife many times. “I’ve had lipo before, I’ve had my breasts done four times,” she said, explaining that her augmentations have made her chest bigger as well as smaller. (At one point, she said, “I was like, ‘This is just too much.'”) Chyna, who’s also famous for her curvaceous derriere, told Wendy that she had liposuction to reduce her backside after the 2016 birth of her second child, Dream Kardashian. “I went and got something done. I got lipo because after I had Dream, it was like, out of control. So I had some of it taken out,” explained Chyna (seen here in 2018).

“America’s Next Top Model” season 1 winner Adrianne Curry (seen here in 2014) had a breast augmentation early in her career but over the years came to regret it. “I had glorious real boobs that I butchered due to insecurity and pressure in entertainment,” she explained in a January 2020 Instagram post shortly after having her implants removed.

Former reality TV star and model Adrianne Curry took to Instagram in November 2019 to explain why she was having her breast implants removed, telling fans, “I am DONE with these painful, misshapen things! They looked good in clothes, hideous out of them. They hurt, and … I was in pain. … I am on my way to correct this idiotic decision I made when I lived in a sea of shallow vanity and immense narcissism.” She underwent surgery in January 2020 and, despite complications and a painful recovery process, was thrilled to be “100% natural! Nothing is fake. No dumb Instagram filter, no photoshopped flesh, no silicone,” she wrote on Instagram alongside this post-surgery photo. “I am f****** beautiful JUST the way I am. I wear my scars proudly.”

“Bachelor in Paradise” star Amanda Stanton, pictured here with ex Josh Murray, has had a few tweaks here and there to enhance her appearance.

Amanda Stanton filmed herself getting lip injections on Instagram in April 2018 and got Restylane injections in her face to create more defined cheekbones in February 2018. “A little cheek 😊enhancement 💉💋for this #bombshell @amanda_stantonn from #thebachelorinparadise,” Amanda’s practitioner, Nicole Smith, captioned a video of the “Bachelor in Paradise” star, who’s seen here in May 2018 — the same month she revealed she’d had a breast augmentation a few months earlier.
