Gemma Collins previously revealed that she lost weight since joining the line-up of 2018's Dancing On Ice.

The star of The Only Way Is Essex, formerly Celebs Go Dating and I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! revealed she had dropped a dress size while training for the series two years ago.

James Argent's on-off girlfriend has been very open about dieting and her weight gain and loss for years now, having experimented with fad-diets, bootcamps and other healthy eating plans in the past.

Now, Gemma is sticking to exercise but has also revealed that she is using SkinnyJab injections to shed weight, with a source exclusively revealing to OK!: "She is power walking and cycling mainly – keeping fit while following Skinnyjab's diet plan of meals. And back on the Jab."

From opening up on This Morning about hypnotherapy to dropping three stone on a liquid-only diet, here's what we know about Gemma's journey:

In 2011, Gemma dropped three stone thanks to bootcamp. At the time, Gemma dyed her hair brunette and debuted a shocking new look during one of the first series of TOWIE.

According to Heat, Gemma dropped a massive three stone in one month towards the end of 2015 by going on a liquid-only diet.

Dietician who runs Juicy Oasis retreat in Portugal said: “She lost two-and-a-half to three stone in total in four weeks, living on nothing but freshly pressed juice.

“She has been doing exercise as well but not military-style. None of it is forced. Nobody can force Gemma to do anything, frankly.”

Following her appearance on I'm A Celebrity, Gemma appeared on This Morning where she revealed how hypnotherapy had helped her.

She revealed: “I’ve done every diet out there, there’s nothing I haven’t done. I was obsessed with food. And life revolved around food and eating. There was no brain space in my head for me not to think about food, it was a living nightmare.”

She said that after the hypnotherapy: “I woke up and I believed I’d got my life back, and I got me back.”

In 2016, during an episode of TOWIE, Gemma was told her egg count was low and her weight would make it harder for her to fall pregnant.

This came after her time on Celebrity Big Brother, where Gemma described herself as: “Best known for too much bronzer, and always being on a diet.”

Talking to The Sun, Gemma explained: “I'm not saying I'll get to a size 10 but I do need to lose weight. For my health I wouldn't want to be bigger than I am now.

“I refuse to have a gastric band as easy as it would be. I have overcome so many things in my life and I will overcome my weight – but I need time and focus to do it.”

As 2018 came about, Gemma shared with her fans on Instagram she was going to be eating healthier.

Sharing snaps of her meals, the blonde bombshell commented: “So focused right now sorry to all my friends I’ve told them all no meals out or afternoon teas lol for a long time #2018 transformation.”

Gemma also revealed the she had shed weight during her training for Dancing On Ice.

Speaking to new! magazine, Gemma said: “This dress I'm wearing is a size 24 but it's too big.

“I should be wearing a 22. So there's no doubt that between now and January I'm going to lose weight.

“I’m mainly doing the show for the amazing outfits and as a way of losing weight. If I commit myself to training and eating well I think I could really get in shape by doing the show,” she continued.
