The couple have been staying at The Retreat Hotel at the Blue Lagoon.
The luxury resort boasts a series of gorgeous suites, complete with incredible views of both the lagoon and the mountains.
Danny took to his Instagram Stories to document his and Leah's time at the Blue Lagoon, which is a geothermal spa.
Posting a snap of himself in the water, the model wrote: "So here at the hotel they offer a 4-step mask routine all made form ingredients sourced right here in the natural lagoon! This exfoliator was the 2nd step and left my skin feeling 10-10."
Leah also posted an adorable selfie of the pair while they were at the lagoon, alongside the sweet caption: "This trip has been better than I could of imagined", along with a white heart emoji.
Danny and Leah eventually had enough of relaxing, and the Love Island star announced that they were heading to Reykjavík for a day out.
He told his fans: "Next stop: Reykjavík."
"We're heading to the capital! Can't wait to explore the city."
The couple enjoyed a meal out together and set out to exploring all of the sights, before heading back for an early night ahead of their next adventure.
Sharing a photo of a coach in the early hours, Danny explained that they were heading "to the most exciting plan of the trip".
Danny and Leah had opted to book on to an early morning mountain climbing session, allowing them to explore ice caves and waterfalls along their way.
As their trip got underway the pair both shared a selection of clips and snaps from the mountains as they continued to explore Iceland.
Danny excitedly told his followers: "We're going on a climb! But we've been told the only way up is via an ice cave!"

Leah soon revealed that they'd made it to the top of the mountains, and the pair posed for a triumphant snap to mark the occasion.
They also explored glaciers, and Leah told how they'd been to walk around the waterfalls during the evening.
The hike was the pair's final activity, with Danny taking to his Instagram Stories the following morning to reveal that they were currently preparing to fly back to the UK.
