He frequently posts about it to his 1.7 million followers, let’s take a look inside….

There are large mirrored walls in the room so Mark can see his progress and watch his muscles working as he exercises.
We can also see that the star has wide array of exercise equipment so he can mix up his routine, and do different types of workouts to stop him from becoming bored.

This wide range of weights mean that both him and Michelle can keep pushing themselves with lots of options.
What is also brilliant about the space is it has a wall of glass doors that open out onto the pair's beautiful garden.
Therefore, if you are running on the treadmill you can look out over nature and imagine you are not in a gym at all!
Mark has obviously been so busy in his gym that he did not want to do the TOWIE reunion to celebrate ten years of the hit series.
