The balmy summer nights are coming to an end as Autumn looms ever closer, but if there is one thing this period in history has taught us is the simple pleasure of our back garden.

For those of us lucky enough to have outdoor space it has been a source of respite during these testing times when we have been confined to our properties.

But why not make the space even better, and Autumnal al fresco evenings just as warm, with Lidl’s new stylish fire pit which they are selling for the bargain price of £24.99.

Dress up your garden in style just like Geordie Shore's Chloe Ferry or cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch, with the La Hacienda Serenity Steel Fire Pit will be on sale this weekend, just in time for the August bank holiday.

The design is very stylish and with curved legs and a half-dome shape. It comes with a matt black finish and it is made of durable steel.

The traditional-style fire pit has a fire bowl, protective mesh lid, log grate and a metal safety tool, all for under £25.

It is also very generously sized, with a width of 45cm and a height of 51cm.

Whether used as a decorative centrepiece to liven up your patio or an impressive source of heat for the garden this is an absolute bargain of a purchase from Lidl.

Most importantly, you could even use it for toasting marshmallows!

  • Stacey Solomon uses this £4 body product to perfectly clean her dirty make-up brushes

The fire pit will go on sale on Sunday 23 August, so head down to your local Lidl to scoop one up.

The UK has over 800 Lidl stores, so to find your nearest one just click on the store locator tool here.

Unfortunately the supermarket chain does not offer delivery or online shopping so you will have to don a face mask and brave the shops if you plan to light up your life with a brand new fire pit.

But if you already love the look of your garden, but want to buy some snazzy stuff for inside your house Aldi have just launched a collection of kitchen appliances.

They are being compared to designer range Smeg, but with much lower prices!
