A man was heard hurling sickening racist abuse at a Tesco security guard who was trying to restrain him.
Footage of the incident shows the man being restrained by the security worker and another man before he tells the guard: "Let go of me you f ***** g monkey n**** c***" in a sickening rant.
The clip was captured by George Underwood in Portsmouth on Saturday and uploaded to social media.
It also shows a woman approaching to defend the restrained man saying: "He didn't touch anything. I did it. You b ** ."
George, 37, who has confirmed that the security man worked for a nearby Tesco, can then be heard interjecting: "You want to sort your kids out, love. Sort your kids out" as the sound of a child crying can be heard in the background.
The woman continues to scream: "He did nothing, I did it."
Meanwhile, the detained man is seen becoming increasingly irate before he explodes into a hate-filled rant.
As he does so, the woman attempts to grab the phone off the man in a hoodie.
The man rips the phone away from her and violently elbows her off.
The security guard can be seen reacting by placing the man in a headlock.
The three continue to tussle as George can be heard saying: "Take him down, the f ***** g racist c ** t . Take him down."
The two men manage to get the racist man into a choke hold and he pleads: "I'm calm. Let go of me."
To which George replies: "No you're not you're a racist c***."
As the man falls to the ground George adds: "Put him to sleep mate."
The woman then screeches: "He is not racist."
