Paul was born in Luton, Bedfordshire, on May 28, 1970.

He has added to his wealth as a stand-up comedian, radio and television star.
However his career was not always in comedy or the media and he previously trained as a junior doctor.
In the 1990s, he began performing stand-up shows and made it to the final of the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year in 1999.
For a number of years, Paul continued to work in medicine while performing comedy shows.
He headed nine shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival between 2004 and 2016.
Paul is perhaps best known for taking part in The Chase, where he is a “Chaser”.
The comedian landed the job in 2011 and has made regular appearances since then.
He has topped up his bank balance by also appearing on the celebrity and family editions of the show.
The fee Chasers earn is not known but it is assumed they are paid well due to the success of the programme.
Before Paul appeared as The Sinnerman, however, he had shown off his impressive knowledge by taking part in other quiz shows.

This year, Paul stepped in front of the camera again to host his own quiz show for ITV, named Paul Sinha’s TV Showdown.
He has continued to earn with various appearances on radio.
The star has performed on BBC Radio 4 shows including The News Quiz, The Now Show and Just a Minute.
In 2011, Paul presented his own show on the BBC radio station named Paul Sinha’s Quiz Culture.
The quizzer has since hosted radio segments including The Sinha Test and The Sinha Games.
