Sabrina the Teenage Witch fans could own her magical home as its up for sale

Halloween is right around the corner, so if you're looking for somewhere to throw the perfect house party (and have a few million going spare), you're in luck!

Sabrina the Teenage Witch fans will be overjoyed to hear about the newest property that's gone on the market in New Jersey.

The US-based property which was used as the base of Sabrina Spelman (played by Melissa Joan Hart) for the popular sitcom from 1996 to 2003.

Airing on ABC over in the States, the show followed the spell-binding teenager as she navigated high school whilst living with her two witchy aunts, Zelda and Hilda.

The huge house doesn't come cheap, and is currently listed at a whopping $1.95 million (around 1.4 million pounds) but given its status within cult 90s TV, we can imagine it will sell over the asking amount.

The Victorian house was filled with history long before being used for the show, as according to its listing it was actually used as a law office, and was the home of the first ever female attorney in the area.

Not long after, a property scout looking for a venue snapped up the place, and it's now become a well-known set, which has dramatically increased its value.

Sadly, the building isn't as magical as it was 20 years ago, after a bank which owned it up until 2014 sold it to business called Three Buddies LLC.

They bought it for $335K seven years ago, and renovated the whole property into an office-like building.

Now, they have the property on the market and are hoping to profit massively from their renovation investment.

It's reported that they'd love to see it be sold to someone who also want to use the space as an office.

Whilst it's sad that the iconic set of one of the world's biggest teen sitcoms is now merely a practical office, it would be great to see it sold to someone who appreciated the history of the building.

Next door to the former Spellman household is a photography studio, aptly named Magical Encounters.

It is owned by a woman called Samantha Heyer, who was a huge fan of Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

Although she's said that tourists for the show are few and far between, the building is still instantly found as soon as you look it up on Google.
