The ‘Jimmy Cooks’ hitmaker brings out his ‘Her Loss’ collaborator as well as Dipset for his first performance in years at Apollo Theater after reports surfaced of their possible joint tour called ‘It’s All a Blur’.
AceShowbiz –Drake and 21 Savage are likely to showcase their bromance all over the U.S. soon. Words are the two musicians are planning a joint tour following the release of their collaborative album “Her Loss”.
The Canadian superstar and the London-born artist are said to be hitting the road for a joint tour called “It’s All a Blur Tour”. While there’s still no confirmation on the matter, the reports state that the tour will run from late May until mid-July.
Leaked dates of Drake and 21 Savage’s alleged joint tour also reveal the cities they are reportedly going to visit, including Chicago, Detroit, Glendale, Foxborough, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Miami, Atlanta, Inglewood, Las Vegas and more. The first show is reportedly scheduled for May 26 at Chicago’s Grand Chapiteau at Solider Field. Later, the tour will seemingly end on July 16 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
While many fans might be excited to hear the news, some were less thrilled with the leaked tour dates. “WHERE TF ARE THE REST OF THE DATES,” one disappointed fan demanded.
While he has not spoken on reports of the joint tour, Drake has seemingly teased fans about the tour plans as he brought out 21 Savage for his recent performance at the Apollo Theater. On Sunday, January 22, for what marked his first time on stage in years, he invited the “No Heart” emcee as well as Dipset to join him onstage.
In footage of the Sunday concert, a man was seen falling off the balcony onto the audience on the lower ground. Thankfully, the person was reportedly okay. Meanwhile, Ice Spice was seen among attendees at the concert.
The 2-day show was initially scheduled for November 2022, but it was pushed back following the death of Takeoff. They were postponed for the second time in December due to outstanding production delays.
“You know, it’s so unfortunate. The other day, I was rehearsing a bunch of days, and one of the shows got pushed back,” the “In My Feelings” emcee said during a December 16 Stake live stream of the delays. “But yeah, man. I’m just looking forward to going. It’s like one thing to make the music, but to see it is the most gratifying feeling,” he shared.
