Vanessa Feltz claimed new I'm A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! camper Boy George is "as obnoxious as Madonna" and believes he won't pull his weight in the Celebrity jungle.

Speaking to Philip, Holly and Giles on ITV's This Morning, Vanessa shared with viewers that she had worked closely with Boy George in the past and doesn't know anyone – other than superstar, Madonna – less interested in people-pleasing as him.

"The only person who doesn't care about people-pleasing as much as Boy George is probably Madonna", she told viewers.

"I think he might not always do as he's told or pull his weight in the jungle," Vanessa revealed.

Having worked alongside Boy George and having an experience in reality TV, Vanessa shared her insight as the megastar entered the jungle in the first episode of I'm A Celeb last night (6th Nov).

The star was crowned as a Jungle VIP alongside A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas, reality star Olivia Attwood and radio DJ Chris Moyles.

Geordie duo Ant and Dec kicked things off by teasing the "showbiz diva".

Speaking of the cast, presenter Dec said: "What a line up what we've got for you this year. There is the legend that is Boy George. And the big news is nowadays he's not a showbiz diva."

Ant then asked: "Did he tell you that?," before Dec replied: "No his personal assistant told me that because I am forbidden from talking to him or looking at him in the eye".

Viewers called out Jungle VIPs Boy George and Scarlette Douglas after their 'easy ride' to the main camp, which entailed rowing a small rowboat from a luxury boat to the shore, whereas their fellow VIPs Olivia and Chris had to skydive from a plane at 10,000ft.

Unlike George and Scarlette's easy experience, other campmates Charlene White, Babatunde Aleshe and Jill Scott had to walk a plank off a high-rise building before jumping off and Owen Warner, Sue Cleaver and Mike Tindall had to complete a series of challenges to locate stars in a swamp.
