Could this be the moment that Coronation Street teens Corey Brent and Kelly Neelan are jailed for their role in the death of Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni)?
It’s a possibility, for sure!
Soap stars Maximus Evans and Millie Gibson, who portray Corey and Kelly respectively, were spotted filming new scenes for the ITV soap outside a courthouse.
Killer Corey, suited and booted, is all smiles, as he waits to be called into court.
Kelly, meanwhile, is more thoughtful, as she sits on the steps of the courtroom, holding her head in her hands.
Both teens are facing charges for the role they played in the death of cobbles mainstay Seb Franklin.
Seb and girlfriend Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) were attacked in violent scenes, which aired on May 5. The assault was carried out by Corey and his gang of thugs.
The lovers had previously crossed paths with Corey amid a romantic stroll by the canal.
Corey hurled abuse at Nina and branded her a ‘freak.’ Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) soon joined in, and proceeded to smack her across the face.
Nina, horrified, advised both Kelly and Summer to go home, before she made tracks with Seb.
Corey, however, was not finished causing mayhem, and encouraged his gang to chase after them.
Nina and Seb tried to remain calm as darkness fell, but they were soon tackled to the floor, and subjected to a brutal assault.
Seb remained conscious long enough to call for an ambulance. Nina subsequently recovered in hospital. Seb, however, did not.
Corey told Kelly to keep shtum about the events of that night, but Kelly later had a change of heart, revealing her intention to cooperate with the police.
Corey’s dad Stefan (Paul Opacic) advised his son to get their first.
The killer therefore headed straight to the police station, said he would cooperate fully, and in doing so, pointed the finger at Kelly, even claiming that it was she who instigated the attack!
Kelly was later charged with Seb’s murder. Corey, meanwhile, admitted to disposing of his blood-soaked clothes from the night of the attack, but stood by his original claim that he was trying to help dying Seb, and panicked, before getting rid of his clothes.
He was questioned by the police and subsequently released on bail, but after breaching his bail conditions, he was taken away in handcuffs.
Nina, meanwhile, has struggled to remember much about the night of the attack, but it appears as if her memories might come back, as actor Harry Visinoni will reprise his role as Seb in upcoming flashback scenes.
