Morale at Dancing On Ice is at rock bottom, according to insiders.
The mood behind the scenes on the skating show is said to be sombre after it was hit by a string of setbacks.
Four celebs have now been forced to pull out due to illness or injury, which has left the remaining contestants on edge.
A show insider said: “On screen everyone is putting on a brave face, but behind the scenes it’s a different story.
“The atmosphere is tense. Everyone is feeling the pressure.”
Contestants are said to be terrified of getting injured or testing positive for coronavirus.
The insider added: “There is so much jeopardy. The show is so unpredictable at the best of times, but this year is even tougher than usual.

“People have been dropping like flies. Anyone could be forced to quit at any time.”
Billie Faiers and Denise Van Outen have both pulled out due to injury, while Joe-Warren Plant and Rufus Hound had to go after contracting coronavirus.
The series is being filmed in line with government guidelines to avoid an outbreak.
It means there can’t be any socialising backstage.
A source said: “Usually being on Dancing On Ice is so much fun.
“But this year it is a very different affair. There are no drinks after the show or showbiz parties to enjoy.”
Producers are said to be panicked over what will happen if another contestant has to pull out.
There are even fears that episodes may have to be scrapped.
Rebekah Vardy, 38, is favourite to get voted off in tomorrow night’s show, which is at 6pm on ITV.
