Dani Dyer latest – Love Island winner DUMPS conman boyfriend Sammy Kimmence after lying to her about OAP scam crimes

DANI Dyer has been seen for the first time since her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence was jailed for three years.

The 24-year-old put on a brave face as she was spotted at a BMW dealership, reportedly returning Sammy’s car.

While they are still together she could yet decide to dump him, with a source explaining: "They have spoken and it didn't go well."

She was joined by her supportive mum Joanne and her son Santi, who she doted on as she prepares to spend the next few years alone.

The actress has been left devastated by the jailing of Sammy, who sources say lied to her about the gravity of his crimes.

Kimmence, 25, was jailed for three years yesterday after pleading guilty to conning two OAPs out of £34,000.

    RIP OFF

Sammy’s company received money from customers which it would use to place bets on horse races, on their behalf.

But Portsmouth Crown Court heard Kimmence took the clients on when the business went into liquidation, falsely claiming he was authorised to provide financial services.

One victim was left “living on the breadline” after the dodgy dealer splashed the cash in nightclubs and on a personalised number plate for his Mercedes.

    CAUGHT BY CLUMSINESS

The court heard Kimmence travelled to visit Mr Haynes and Mr Martin at their homes several times as he ‘groomed them’.

Documents sent to the victims by Kimmence included fake company names and an ‘entirely fabricated’ Gambling Commission number.

These were riddled with errors, including ‘miscalculated balances’ and a misspelling of Kimmence’s own name.

    'LIVING ON THE BREADLINE'

One victim was left "living on the breadline" after the dodgy dealer splashed the cash in nightclubs and on a personalised number plate for his Mercedes.

The slimy defendant initially denied all charges – but changed his plea at the last minute.

And he sobbed as he was jailed this morning after coughing to five counts of fraud.

Mr Martin died in November last year aged 91, while Mr Haynes suffers from Alzheimer's.

DANI DYER WAS FORCED TO TURN COMMENTS OFF

The ex-Love Island winner stopped fans from typing beneath her posts of Sammy, 25, after he got 3½ years’ jail for conning two “vulnerable” OAPs out of £34,000.

In one snap taken in March the lowlife poses with a smiling Dani as she gushes in the caption: “Love you”

In another photo from April, Sammy cradles their son Santiago with the reality TV star as they celebrated Easter together.

It comes as Sammy posed as a financial expert to dupe Peter Martin, 91, and Peter Haynes, 81.

His elderly targets were clients when he worked at a sports betting firm.

DANI DYER SET TO LEAVE SCAMMER BOYFRIEND SAMMY KIMMENCE TODAY AFTER HE LIED ABOUT COURT CASE

Dani Dyer has been left devastated by the jailing of her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, who sources say lied to her about the extent of his crimes.

While they are still together she could yet decide to dump him, with a source explaining: "They have spoken and it didn't go well."

A source said: “Sammy had downplayed the court case every step of the way and led Dani to believe he hadn’t done anything too serious.

“And that he would get a suspended sentence.

“Now she knows the full horror of what he did she is broken, she feels desperately sorry for the two men he scammed and whose lives he ruined.”

DANI DYER STANDS BY SCAMMER BOYFRIEND SAMMY KIMMENCE AS HE'S JAILED FOR 42 MONTHS

Dani Dyer will stand by her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence after he was jailed for 42 months for scamming two pensioners out of thousands.

Pals of the TV star insist she has no intention of leaving Sammy, who she shares seven-month-old son Santiago with.

And in April a source said: "She's vowed to stand by him. He's the father of her baby."

Dani is yet to acknowledge the sentencing but instead she shared Instagram videos of her packing for a holiday with their son.

A source told the Mail: 'Dani thought he would be let off. She had booked the holiday for herself, Sammy and their son Santi, seven months, but now she's having to go without Sammy."

CONTINUED: DANNI DYER ‘DEVASTATED’ AND ‘FEELS STUPID FOR BELIEVING JAILED BOYFRIEND SAMMY KIMMENCE’S LIES’

Dani Dyer has kept silent since boyfriend Sammy changed his plea to guilty in April and the pair were able to spend Father’s Day together last month.

However a source said Dani has been left feeling betrayed and is unsure of what the future holds.

A source said: “Dani has been absolutely floored by this, she knows she has to make some massive changes in her life but is so distraught she needs time to think things through.

“She feels utterly stupid for ever believing Sammy and she is totally overwhelmed.

“The little dream family she thought she had has been smashed apart and she is now trying to work out how best to pick up the pieces.

    'PLANNED'

The slimy defendant initially denied all charges – but changed his plea at the last minute, and coughed to five counts of fraud.

Mr Martin died in November last year aged 91, while Mr Haynes suffers from Alzheimer's.

Prosecutor Mike Mason said: "This was a very unpleasant fraud against two men who Mr Kimmence deliberately targeted.

"He targeted them because they were old, they were vulnerable and somewhat isolated.

"This wasn't something he migrated into from a friendship. This was something he planned."

    SLEAZY SAMMY

The TV star's partner, 25, posed as a financial investor to defraud two vulnerable victims, 80 and 90, out of their hard-earned cash – and splashed his ill-gotten gains on expensive restaurants, hotels and clothes.

But yesterday he burst into tears as he began a three-and-a-half year jail sentence for the crime – just months after he and Love Island star Dani, 24, welcomed their son.

Sleazy Sammy, a stockbroker and amateur football player, persuaded Peter Marin and Peter Haynes to allow him to invest their money for them.

His victims were clients at legitimate investment company Equine Global Sports Limited, where Kimmence worked as a senior trader.

    IGNORING THE CHAOS

Ignoring her boyfriend's court appearance completely, the Love Island star shared her struggle of packing for a five-month-old in an Instagram Story post yesterday.

"Holiday packing and Santi's stuff takes up most of the room already," she told fans on Instagram.

"I over pack as it is but with a baby OMG!"

She then appeared bright and smiley as she updated her followers on how she's getting on with weaning her baby son.

    CONVINCED OF A LIGHT SENTENCE

Dani fully expected her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence to be let off prison – and even bought him a ticket to go on holiday this week, it is reported.

The conman wept in the dock yesterday as he was jailed for 42 months after scamming two pensioners out of £34,000.

Dani has ignored the sentencing on social media so far and instead shared that she was jetting off with their five-month-old baby Santiago on Wednesday.

Now a source close to Dani alleges she was expecting Sammy to be "let off" from the charges and thought he'd be joining them on holiday.

The insider told the Mail Online: "Dani was convinced he would be let off.

"She had booked the holiday for herself, Sammy and their son Santi, but now she's having to go without him."

    OLD FLAME

Before Dani went into the villa, she and Kimmence had a relationship that ended in a series of rows.

Once her romance with fellow Love Islander Jack Fincham came to an end, she and Sammy got back together.

In January, the couple welcomed their first-born child, and pals say Dani will stand by her boyfriend.

    LAVISH LIFE

Dani, the daughter of EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, didn't appear at her boyfriend's side as he arrived at court.

Kimmence was due to be sentenced last month, but the hearing was delayed – meaning he got to spend his first Father's Day at home with family.

Kimmence and Dani live a lavish lifestyle, sharing a £725k home in Essex, and posting about trips to Ibiza and expensive spa days on social media.

Dani, who won the hearts of the nation when she appeared on Love Island, played no part in the fraud.

    RAF HERO CONNED

Mr Haynes, who had a career in the RAF before his retirement, said in a statement: "In one go all the savings I have accrued over my working life were wiped out. My bank account shows zero.

"I have been sick with worry at my situation and have lost a lot of weight from stress and worry.

"It is no exaggeration to say I was left living on the breadline because of his actions and dishonesty."

    OAPS DUPED

Kimmence convinced Mr Martin to give him his internet banking password, credit card and bank card.

Mr Mason said: "In other words, he ceded financial control to Mr Kimmence. It is akin to the fox getting a key to the chicken pen.

"Mr Martin considered him a friend right up until he died, which tells us a little about the energy he put in to grooming these old men."
