EastEnders is set for even more drama next week, as spoilers reveal two characters are set to leave Watford.
A third character could also leave the soap, following the shock death of Mick Carter (played by Danny Dyer), who’s missing and presumed dead after last being seen diving into the sea to rescue Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks).
Janine had been trying to escape Watford by driving to Dover to get a boat, but she was pursued by Linda Carter and Mick and was later seen driving her car off a cliff with Linda in the passenger seat.
Mick jumped in the sea after them to try and save them but, while the two women managed to escape to safety, Mick disappeared and hasn’t been seen since.
With Janine later arrested, Mick presumed dead and Linda departing Watford, Janine’s daughter Scarlett has been staying with her uncle Ricky for support.
But the pair find themselves at a crossroads, as Ricky considers whether he should move back to Germany, where he had been based for several years previously.
Ricky, who has recently reembarked on romance with ex Sam Mitchell, decides he wants to go home, and wants his niece to move back with him.
Soon enough he plots his and Scarlett's departure, leaving Sam with a decision to make of her own.
Will Ricky and Scarlett definitely make the move to Germany together and will Sam be joining them and leaving Watford for good?
Elsewhere in the soap, it was revealed that 12 year old Lily (played by Lillia Turner) is pregnant after she collapsed at a New Year's Eve party.
She was believed to be suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning, but tests revealed that her severe stomach pains were due to her being pregnant, leaving her mother Stacey (Lacey Turner) horrified.
Since the bombshell, Stacey has been struggling with the news, especially as detectives and social workers wanted to conduct a Child Protection Investigation alongside a criminal investigation.
In an episode aired last week, Lily finally revealed who her baby's father is, claiming that it was Ricky Jr, also 12.
Later, after a heart-to-heart with Lily, the youngster made her mum Stacey promise that she wouldn't tell Ricky, to which she agreed.
However, a heartbreaking scene showed Stacey be told by social workers that they were considering moving Lily out of the family home, amid safeguarding concerns following her pregnancy.
Will the family get to stay together or will Lily's pregnancy force them apart?
