Good Morning Britain presenters Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh spoke to Dominic Raab to discuss the booster roll-out after Prime Minister Boris Johnson vowed to jab one-million people per day. With the NHS facing further strain to meet targets while other medical conditions are forced to take a backseat, the ITV presenter erupted at Mr Raab, who hit back to ask him to stop “ranting”.
Things became heated as Ray accused the government of using multiple “slogans without a plan”.
As Ray tried to ask what concrete steps the government had taken to make the booster roll-out feasible, Mr Raab interjected to say: “I know you like ranting at MPs”.
Ray explained he was becoming passionate because of the number of people who have died and the importance of the next stages to prevent the spread of Omicron.
