Katie Price has previously admitted that she was having fun when she attempted to take on the music industry before her Eurovision stint.
However, the former Page 3 star had been offered a lucrative recording contract by music industry big wigs if she chose to audition to represent the UK.
The reality star last year admitted that she'd love to give Eurovision another go after years of the UK failing to land in the top spot after James Newman's performance led to another "nil points" on the night.
As the nation gears up to see where Sam Ryder will place, we take a look at The Pricey's ill-fated attempt.
Katie had hoped that her performance would see the prestigious trophy return to Britain in 2005 but, unfortunately for her, she didn't even get to the live final.
Her audition for the singing contest has been widely criticised over the years with critics describing it as "memorable", while others claimed that potentially having Katie represent us meant the UK "truly hates itself".
Katie's stint came off the back of her successful appearance on ITV's I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, which opened a whole new world of opportunities for the star who was known as Jordan.

Auditioning for the competition, Katie slipped into a luminous pink catsuit that showcased every inch of her then-pregnant body – although she was yet to announce she was expecting.
The outfit featured a diamante-covered torso which certainly didn't cover her ever-growing baby bump – but that is not the reason people remembered her stint.
Speaking about her jaw-dropping audition, Katie told her Loose Women co-stars that she had lied to people about being pregnant, when she was actually just weeks away from giving birth.
During a chat in 2016, she revealed that even she didn't rate her performance of Not Just Anybody or her wardrobe choice.
"You'll all probably remember because I looked absolutely ridiculous, I looked like a pink condom," she said.
The mum-of-five continued: "I was seven months pregnant in that and I never told anybody.
"I was offered a record deal to do Eurovision, I can't sing that song now and I couldn't even sing it then, it's the cringiest thing.
"But I was live on TV and I will never forget this, I was interviewed by Jenni Falconer and she said to me that 'we've had lots of callers asking if you are pregnant', I was like thinking 'Oh my God because I am'."
Sadly for Katie, she struggled to make it past the audition stage and was forced to bow out of the competition.
The Pricey's audition managed to gain just 29% of the votes, while former Popstars: The Rivals contestant Javine Hylton went on to receive 30% of the votes with her song, Touch My Fire.
The 1% between the vote led to Katie believing that the results were fixed, but her pal and former co-star Coleen Nolan instantly shared her thoughts on Katie's performance.
"Do you not think it's because it was a bit rubbish?" she asked, live on Loose Women.
Katie replied: "If anyone ever played it, I'll just be like that," as she covered her ears.
The lads' mag star has revealed that she has very few regrets but her Eurovision stint is definitely one of them, telling her Celebrity Big Brother housemates: "I wouldn't change anything apart from Eurovision.
"I looked shocking, I sounded shocking and I couldn't sing the song now, I couldn't sing it then."
Last year, Katie's time on Eurovision was slammed by her fiancé Carl Woods after they tuned in to James Newman's performance.
Katie explained: "That's actually funny, I reckon they should put me up to Eurovision, in a black catsuit this time, I'd smash it."
Carl, however, had other ideas, saying: "I can't believe there's a geezer who's done worse than you on this programme."
