The stunning actress, 49, showcased her enviable figure in a see-through silver frock with sharp shoulder pads.
Shimmering strips of exploded like fireworks over her torso, while the section from her waist down was darker to keep her modesty.
Underworld star Kate turned out for the first Fashion Trust US Awards held at Hollywood's Goya Studios.
Other big names at the inaugural event included Demi Moore, Heidi Klum, Tan France, Ciara, Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn, Olivia Wilde and Paris Jackson.
Fashion Trust US is a nonprofit organisation whose mission is to help young designers thrive.

There were six gongs handed out on the night: Ready-to-Wear, Jewellery, Inclusivity, Sustainability, a Graduate Award and sponsor Google's Creativity Award.
Back at her house, Kate got down with her beloved pet cat who she'd dressed in a black hoodie and a chain.
It comes after Brit Kate paid a heartfelt tribute to her mum on Mother's Day.
The fun-loving star showed a different side to her character as she poignantly reflected on all her mum had done for her.
