On today's episode of Loose Women (September 20), Charlene White headed up the panel that comprised of Carol McGiffin, Brenda Edwards and Coleen Nolan.
The women chatted about everything from Afghanistan to the Emmys, before the discussion soon segued to spiders.
Charlene explained how she had a daddy long legs in her bedroom last night, which she failed to get rid of before she went to sleep.
The news reporter and Loose Women host then went on to admit that she just went to sleep with it in her bedroom still flying around.
Carol then explained how you should never sleep with a daddy long legs in the room.
"You shouldn't ever sleep in the same room as a daddy long legs," Carol begun.
"Because it might fly in your mouth."
She then went on to say that she sleeps with her mouth wide open, before recalling the time she tasted a "fruity" moth.
"One time, I wasn't asleep, I was just walking along. I don't know, probably talking, and a moth flew in my mouth.

"Seriously, a big giant moth, and I'm not joking, it was really fruity," she exclaimed.
Coleen was horrified when she heard Carol's story and said: "Oh my God, you ate it?"
While Charlene said: "That's disgusting!"
Carol then went on to explain that she tried to get it out, which is when she realised it tasted rather fruity.
One viewer penned: "I'm surprised a seagull didn't fly in her mouth…"

While a fourth chimed in: "We all eat about 10 spiders a year whilst asleep."
