Love Island’s Curtis and Maura got hot and heavy under the duvet cover on the day bed on Wednesday night’s episode, with Curtis describing their night together as "hot" the next morning.
The X-rated scene saw a lot of movement beneath the sheets, before Curtis emerged and said: "Well, I didn't expect that to happen."
Curtis acted coy in the bedroom the next morning as he told the boys: “There was just a lot of grinding.”
Speaking in the Beach Hut he said: "Nothing happened in that way but Maura is a girl that knows what she wants and knows what she's doing."
While many viewers took to social media to speculate what the pair got up to and whether they had sex, others pointed out something about the scene they had a major issue with – Curtis keeping his socks on.
One person said: “Curtis sleeps with his socks on and it annoys me more than it should #LoveIsland.”
Another wrote: “Literally can’t believe Curtis wears socks to bed can’t think of anything worse #LoveIsland."
Others commented: “Oh Curtis keeping your socks on isn't sexy #LoveIsland” and: “Can someone explain why Curtis still has socks on while he was doing bits???? #loveisland.”
Even Love Island narrator Iain Stirling quipped: "I don't know what Curtis got up to last night but at least he was wearing protection – his socks.”
While Curtis and Maura are loved-up, he has hinted that he’s missing former flame Amy Hart.
Curtis revealed all about his feelings as he appeared on Love Island’s Beach Hut Hook Up.
“I 100% miss Amy, I actually really miss Amy she was a fantastic young lady and although things didn’t work out between myself and Amy I have made a friend for life,” he explained.
“She is incredible and I do really miss her.”
