Yewande Biala has slammed Love Island’s Michael Griffiths for dumping Amber Gill — after predicting he was a “heartbreaker.”
The dumped islander took to Good Morning Britain to discuss the hit ITV2 show’s latest recoupling, which saw Amber left single by Michael.
But before laying into the firefighter, she was quick to remind viewers that she had suggested Michael would leave somebody heartbroken on day one.
In the initial coupling up ceremony, Yewande didn’t choose to step forward for Michael, telling host Caroline Flack: “He looks like such a heartbreaker.”
She went on: “The tattoos, the packs,” with Michael responding: “I don’t know if that’s a compliment or not. I’m actually a nice guy.”

On Thursday’s episode of the breakfast show, Yewande told Susanna Reid and Adil Ray: “I’m just really disappointed in the way he handled yesterday’s situation.
“I felt like he could have handled it a different way. He came in guns blazing, he didn’t once apologise to Amber or even acknowledge what he’s done and was so quick to call her childish.”
She went on: “It is important to go with your gut and if you have a connection with someone else I think it’s also important to highlight it to the person you’re coupled up with.

“What Michael did was highlight all Amber’s bad qualities to Joanna and then brought her back, went in all guns blazing, saying ‘you’re childish, you didn’t open up to me,’ and didn’t once take responsibility for his actions and I think that’s where the issues was.”
Yewande also took the interview as opportunity to hit out at Curtis Pritchard for his treatment of Amy Hart.
When asked if some of the contestants are genuinely looking for love, Yewande responded: “I think some people are genuine and some people have a game plan.”

Later being quizzed on who she thinks is playing the game, she added: “From watching it yesterday Curtis really shocked me. I'm still confused how you can go from 100 to zero real quick.
"He basically said to Amy he's been lying from the start which kind of makes you question everything really.
"Did you have a game plan from the start? How have you kept lying to her for four weeks? That's a long time to lie to someone."
