Meghan Markle and Prince Harry 's decision to sign a deal with Spotify and record a podcast for the platform has not gone down well with Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.
The Good Morning Britain presenters admitted they both found it all but impossible to defend the move while the couple retain their royal titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
After a clip of the podcast was played, cameras cut to the ITV morning studio to see Piers, 55, pretending to vomit into a bucket in disgust.
The former newspaper editor, who has long voiced his issues with Harry and Meghan, joked: "Oh I am so sorry sorry, how awkward we are on air.
"How utterly vomit making."
Chiming in, Susanna, 50, added: "I thought it was a parody – I really did until I heard the clip that this is actually real."
Piers continued: "Underneath the podcast they say Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
"It boils down to what are they thinking at Buckingham Palace.
"They are still the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, they are still royals but they don't do anything they don't want to, they aren't opening a village hall on a wet Wednesday in Stoke.
"They are now doing commercial deals which is fine but they are only making the money as they are Duke and Duchess of Sussex."
Agreeing, Susanna continued: "Even I am finding it hard now…"
Laughing, Piers added: "They have lost Susanna Reid. For me it would be fine if they drop the titles."
Harry and Meghan have confirmed the new deal with is a collaboration between Archewell Audio and Spotify.
They add it is an "audio-first production company" and part of their charity foundation Archewell.

In a teaser clip, Meghan gushes over Harry's British accent before adding: "One of the things my husband and I have always talked about is our passion for meeting people and hearing their stories.
"And no matter what the story, they usually offer you an understanding of where someone else is coming from and at the same time remind you in some way of a story about yourself."
