Strictly Come Dancing had one of its most memorable seasons yet as there were several celebrity couples in the running for the Glitter Ball trophy. But when it came to the big finale on BBC One, it was deaf EastEnders actress Rose Ayling-Ellis who was crowned as the 2021 champion. Now the real competition is done and dusted with, fans can enjoy the year coming to a close with the annual Strictly Christmas special.
The Strictly Christmas episode is going to see another six celebrities strutting their stuff across the famous dance floor.
All of the performances will be given some festive magic as the couples perform to beloved Christmas songs from throughout the years.
Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and head judge Shirley Ballas are back for the one-off special to crown their Christmas winner.
Presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will also return for one last time before Strictly returns in late 2022.
But for the first time in seven years, Strictly is breaking a tradition for its Christmas episode.
Typically, the show has welcomed back previous contestants to dance it out in the one-off special.
However, this time around, all of the contestants have never taken part in Strictly before.
So who is going to be the Strictly Christmas angel of 2021 and who will go down like a soggy mince pie?
