SOCCER AM fans were left devastated following the news their beloved show had been cancelled.
The long running football programme made stars out of its presenters, including Fenners.
What is Fenners' real name?
Fenners was born John "Fenners" Fendley on June 9, 1970.
He is a television presenter and producer known for co-hosting Sky Sports' Soccer AM.
But before he got the plum job of presting the show, he actually worked as the show's producer from 1997 and 2007.
Fenners left the show to work for the online TV channel ChannelBee in 2008.

When did John Fendley join Soccer AM?
Fenners has been a presenter on the show since 2017.
He was initially brought in to co-host with Soccer AM OG Helen Chamberlain after Max Rushden left in 2015.
But after Helen left he was paired up with former footy ace Jimmy Bullard in 2017.
Sadly, in March 2023, The Sun exclusively revealed how Soccer AM had been cancelled.

A Sky Spokesperson told us: “Soccer AM has played an important role in our coverage of football for the past three decades, and we continually adapt to the evolving needs of our customers.
"We now go into a period of consultation to discuss the proposed changes with our people.
"We are unable to provide more detail while these consultations are underway.”
While a source told The Sun: "It was a complete bombshell.
"Morale is at an all-time low, they are raging.
"It's going to be an interesting watch over the next few weeks."
Soccer AM enjoyed massive success since it first aired on Sky Sports in 1995 thanks to its laddish humour.
The 90 minute comedy talk show runs through the week’s footballing events with added skits and challenges for guests and fans.
Celebrity guests each episode include at least one footballer and a combination of musicians, TV personalities and other sportsmen.
It was previously hosted by Helen Chamberlain and Tim Lovejoy.

Fenners is happily married to his wife, Kate.
